Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TYBYI VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Adsocia”, “we”, “us”) for using the Adsocia apps and https://adsocia.com. By creating an account or using Adsocia, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cashback Policy. Merchants also agree to the Merchant Guidelines.

If you do not agree, please do not use Adsocia.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• Adsocia is currently available in India and needs an Indian (+91) mobile number.
• If you use Adsocia for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business and that it is legally permitted to sell what it promotes.

• Sign in with Google or Apple and verify your mobile number by OTP. Keep your account secure.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business per account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Offers, discounts, flash sales and coupons on Adsocia are made by merchants, not by us. The merchant is the seller and is responsible for honouring the offer, the quality of its goods and services, pricing, taxes and customer service.

• Each offer has its own terms, validity period and limits set by the merchant. QR codes are personal, single-use and expire as shown in the app.
• We try to keep offer information accurate but cannot guarantee that a merchant will have stock, be open, or honour an offer. Raise problems with the merchant first; if that fails, contact support@adsocia.com and we will try to help.

Cashback and loyalty points are promotional rewards governed by our Cashback Policy. They are not a bank deposit, wallet balance under RBI rules, or legal tender, and we may withhold or reverse them in cases of fraud, error or misuse.

• Business accounts go live after our review. We may ask for documents and may refuse or suspend an account. Details are in the Merchant Guidelines.
• Merchants buy wallet credits through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those purchases are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. If a store refunds a purchase, we remove the matching credits, which can make your balance negative and pause your campaigns.
• Credits are used to pay for placements and campaign results (such as verified walk-ins, clicks, impressions or redemptions) at the prices shown when you book or create a campaign. Except as required by law or these terms, credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Where a campaign includes a performance guarantee and misses its target, we credit the shortfall to your wallet as described in the campaign.

You own the content you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, adapt (for example resize or translate) and distribute it to operate and promote Adsocia. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others or kept as required by law.

You must have the rights to anything you post, and it must follow section 8.

• Post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that promotes self-harm.
• Post spam, misleading prices or offers, or other people’s personal information.
• Promote alcohol, tobacco, gambling or other regulated products in breach of law.
• Upload fake or altered bills, create multiple accounts, spoof your location, or game rewards.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or impersonate any person or business.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt Adsocia, or access it by automated means.

We use automated tools and human review to keep Adsocia safe. We may remove content, limit features, withhold rewards, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Content reported by several users may be hidden while we review it.

You can stop using Adsocia and delete your account at any time. Unused merchant credits are forfeited on closure unless the law requires otherwise.

The Adsocia name, logo, app and website are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose only and may not copy or reuse our branding without permission.

Adsocia is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that any offer will be honoured. We are not responsible for merchants’ goods, services or conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or (for merchants) your offers and dealings with customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nanded, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, if they are significant, tell you in the app and ask you to accept them again. Continuing to use Adsocia after a change means you accept it.
